Request for Quotation: Lobby Greenery Redecoration & Maintenance – Kowloon Bay

We are currently planning to redecorate the lift lobby of a property located in the Kowloon Bay district and would like to invite interested vendors to submit a quotation for horticulture design and maintenance services.

The scope of service includes:

1. Removal of existing plants
   - Removal and disposal of approximately 6–10 existing artificial potted /inhouse plants
2. Lobby redecoration with real plants
   - Propose and install live indoor plants with an appropriate design for the lift lobby area.
   - Vendors are encouraged to include design suggestions and photos/examples of the proposed plants and decorative arrangements.
3. Ongoing maintenance service
   - Provide regular plant maintenance services and replacement of plants if necessary.

Interested vendors are invited to submit a quotation that includes:

• Cost for removal and disposal of existing artificial potted /inhouse plants (ref to photos)
• Proposed plant types and decorative arrangement (photos or visual references would be appreciated)
• Annual cost for plant maintenance service (one-year period)
• Maintenance plan, including:
  - Frequency of maintenance visits
  - Number of manpower/staff per visit
