Rental of Practical Ground Venue with Equipment and Tools for Arboricultural Practices and Communication Skill

Dear Supplier,

I should be grateful if you could let us have a quotation for Rental of Practical Ground Venue with Equipment and Tools for arboricultural Practices.

Terms of Quotation:-

• Venue Hiring Date : 10 August 2024
• Venue Hiring Time: 09:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:45
• Service Location : As per supplier’s proposed location
• Venue Requirements:
  • The supplier needs to provide the following (included but not limited to): -
  • a demonstration venue for practicing tree work related to occupational safety and health oncluding the use of elevating work platforms and temporary traffic arrangement on the roadside.
  • A practical ground of about 20,000 square feet with a covered area of about 8,000 square feet
• Equipment and Manpower support Requirements::
  • Supplier needs to provide (at least) the following equipment for the practice date (include but not limited to):
  • - A power-operated elevating work platform vehicle with a qualified driver and 2 sets
    of safety lanyards
    - One lot of Road Signs and Tools (please refer to Appendix I for more details)
    - One technical helper to support the event is needed
