Rental of Practical Ground Venue with Equipment and Tools for Arboricultural Practices

Dear Supplier,

I should be grateful if you could let us have a quotation for Rental of Practical Ground Venue with Equipment and Tools for arboricultural Practices.

Terms of Quotation:-

• Venue Hiring Date : 17 March 2024
• Venue Hiring Time: 09:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30
• Service Location : As per supplier’s proposed location
• Venue Requirements:
  • The supplier needs to provide the following (included but not limited to): -
  • a demonstration venue for practicing tree work related to cutting wood logs, tree pruning, use of chainsaw and planting of small tree
  • A practical ground of about 8,000 square feet with a covered area of about 2,000 square feet.
  • Minimum of 13 nos. wood logs per day, each wood log with approximate 100 to 120mm (length) x (2 to 3 meters) (diameter) for cutting practice
  • at least 2 bags of planting soil (total 10 kgs in approximate 5 kgs per bag) - at least 1 no. of small tree of about 2 to 3 meter tall
  • water supply for planting purposes
  • vending machine for drinks (coin-operated)
  • First Aid box for 50 persons
• Equipment Requirements:
  • Supplier needs to provide (at least) the following equipment for the practice date (include but not limited to):
  • 4 nos. of chainsaw with petrol
  • 6 sets of personal protective equipment include helmet, goggle, ear plugs, chainsaw chaps, gloves & etc
  •  4 nos. of pole-saw
  •  4 nos. of hand saw
  •  4 nos. shovels, pick-axes and approximate digging equipment
  •  4 nos. plastic buckets in approximate 5 gal in volume each
  •  all necessary equipment / tools for tree pruning, hand pruning, planting
