Dear Supplier,
I should be grateful if you could let us have a quotation for Rental of practical ground venue with equipment and tools for Arboricultural practices for our Institute as specified in the attached specification by email on or before 28 June 2023.
Details:
Date: 22 July 2023 (or other alternative)
Time: 09:30 - 12:30, 13:30 - 16:45
No of participants: 44 students + 3 tutors (total: 47 persons)
Venue Requirements: The supplier needs to provide the following (included but not limited to):
a demonstration venue for practicing tree work related to occupational safety and health including the use of elevating work platform and temporary traffic arrangement on roadside.
A practical ground of about 20,000 square feet with a covered area of about 8,000 square feet.
Equipment & Manpower support Requirements: details specification refer to appendix
(1) a practical ground -approx. 20,000 sq. ft. with a covered area of approx. 8,000 sq. ft.
(2) power-operated elevating work platform vehicle (qty: at least 1 no.)
-with a qualified driver -2 sets of safety lanyards
(3) Road signs
a) 900mm double sided stop/go sign with rotating stand (qty: at least 2 sets)
-highway department sign code: 103 (stop) 104(go)
-manually operated temporary sign
b) plastic traffic cone: (qty: at least 10 nos.)
-approx. 750mm height
-min. 3.85kg load
c) LED traffic wand (qty: at least 2 nos.)
d) roadside warning sign (qty: 1 set)
-highway department sign code:109,110(keep left sign, can flipped over for keep right)
-highway department sign code: 491 (road works ahead)
e) safety reflective vest (qty: 4 nos.)
(4) technical helper with at least 2 years of roadwork experience (qty: at least 1 person)
Instructors Requirements: Not required ( institution will serve as the instructors)
Remarks: All proposed items must be brand new
