The Contractor shall provide Indoor Air Quality Certification Services in compliance with the latest guidelines and requirements as stipulated in the latest Addendum and Supplementary Note and "A guide on Indoor Air Quality Certificate Scheme for Office and Public Places published by the IAQ Management Group, The Government of the HKSAR, July 2019" for 2 places.
The Contractor shall carry out site inspection for the works before submit quoation.
To provide competent examiner to conduct Walkthrough Inspection, spot check of selected physical and chemical IAQ parameters (including CO2, temperature, TVOC & RSP(PM10)). To submit a Walkthrough Inspection report and provdie recommendations of compliance for IAQ Certification.
To provide competent examiner and properly-calibrated instrucments to carry out IAQ measurement of the specific two nos. IAQ parameters for IAQ certification.
To prepare and sign off "Certificate of IAQ for concerned premises" and submit relevant documents to IAQ Information Centre for registration. (valid period: 23 July 2023 to 22 July 2024)
