Your quotation, if accepted, would result in a “re-measurement” sub-contract with options.
Be aware that your tender shall be deemed to signify your full knowledge of all terms, conditions, specifications, method of measurement, drawings, etc. of the Main Contract, which are relevant to the Sub-Contract Works.
You shall be deemed to have included for all services, facilities, fees, temporary works, plant, equipment, tools, tackle, etc. that are necessary for the correct execution of the Sub-Contract Works.
