We would like to invite your company to send us quotation with 8 months fixed price for onsite Garden Maintenance Service (園藝保養) & Potted Plant Hiring.(植物租賃)

Garden Maintenance Service & Potted Plant Hiring
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2024 – 31 Aug 2024

Itemized Costs:

A.) Potted Plant with Maintenance Service

- Potted Plant:

• 1 plant in the ground floor near the elevator (5-6 ft)
• 1 plant in first floor (5-6 ft)
• 1 plant in second floor (5-6 ft)
• 2 plants in the 8 floor (5-6 ft)
• 2 plants at the entrance door (6-7 ft)
• The removal / replacement of failed or depleted plants will be provided without any additional charges, but a transporation fee of HKD 150 will apply.

• 1 plant in the restaurant on the 8th floor belong to the hotel (6 ft)
  Provide maintenance services such as watering, pest control and general care for the plant, but replacement of the plant is not included.

B.) Landscape Maintenance Service

• Exterior-Entrance

existing exterior 2 plants only

• Exterior-Beside the building upper level

existing exterior lawn & plants only (we provide water supply)

• Exterior-Beside the building lower level

existing exterior lawn & plants  (we provide water supply)

• 8 months contract
• The service provides a schedule once a week, based on the water needs of the plants.
• Wet lease terms are inclusive of planters, installation & ongoing maintenance.
• Regular maintenance visits include watering, nutrition, pruning, weed removal, pest control & general care.
• All maintenace equipment are required.
• We provide an onsite storage facility as necessary to store maintenance & gardening equipment such as hose, gardening shears, bucket etc.
