Request for Quotation: Rental of Venue with Tree Pruning Equipment 租用修樹練習場地及相關器材

Dear All,

I should be grateful if you could let us have a quotation for Rental of Practical Ground Venue with Equipment and Tool for our Institution as specified in the attached specification. We appreciate if you can fill in the form (說明文件) and submit your offer via '報價表格' on or before 7 March 2023. Late submission will not be considered. Requirements were extracted as follow into 2 categories:

A.) Venue Requirements

1. practical ground venue: area at least 10,000 square feet
2. a covered shelter: area around 8,000 square feet
3. with total at least 40nos. of wood log (i.e. 20 nos. of wood logs per day)
   -each wood log size: approx.100mm to 120 mm (dia) x 2-3M (length) for cutting practice
4. with total at least 3 nos. of medium sized trees for each day
   -each tree size: approx. 3M (height) x 4”(dia) for pruning practice
5. vending machine (自動售賣飲品機) for drinks (coin-operated and/or octopus operated)
6.  First Aid Box for 50 persons
7. Washroom

B.) Required Equipment & Tool list for Tree Pruning, Chainsaw Operation and Tree Planting:
1. (Minimum) 4 nos. of chainsaw with petrol (油壓鋸)

2.(Minimum) 6 sets of personal protective equipment (個人防護裝備) include helmet, goggle, ear-plug, chainsaw chaps and gloves, etc.

3.(Minimum) 4 nos. of pole-saw (桿鋸)

4.(Minimum) 4 nos. of hand saw (手鋸)

5.(Minimum) 4 nos. shovels (鏟子), pick-axes (鶴嘴鋤) and appropriate digging equipment

6.(Minimum) 4 nos. plastic buckets (塑料桶) of (Approx.) 5-gal in volume each

7. All other necessary equipment / tools for tree pruning, hand pruning & planting
