服務提供商的升級專頁賬戶

付費帳戶的升級專頁訂閱

為了充分利用我們的平台，企業帳戶成員可以通過支付訂閱費用來升級專頁。升級後的高級企業帳戶頁面提供了更多功能，可提升您的營運效率。
訂閱後，服務提供商將收到工作邀請通知，並有權訪問平台的工作發現頁面，他們可以在此與發布請求的客戶聯繫。
服務提供者有義務履行其合同義務，除非存在實質性的未能遵守客戶方面的合同義務的情況，包括但不限於客戶未付款。

如果您不希望繼續使用我們的平台，則有權在價格更改的生效日期之前退訂我們的平台。
服務提供商保留根據這些條款和條件隨時修改，終止或以其他方式更改訂閱計劃的權利，包括但不限於訂閱費用，期限的計算方法
訂閱費用按月或按年計費，您可以根據自己的喜好進行選擇。訂閱後將不會退還付費訂閱費。

6. 費用和退款政策

客戶無需支付任何費用即可使用Buzztrees平台。

免費試用和續訂

升級專頁帳戶的3個月免費試用期使服務提供商有權在90天（2160小時）內享用升級專頁功能，從用戶在提交付款信息後激活該試用期開始算起。
除非免費試用期結束之前取消了訂閱，否則訂閱將自動更新，並相應地向商戶收費。

取消和退款

您可以隨時取消訂閱計劃。取消將在正在進行的訂閱期的最後一天之後的第二天生效。您將無法使用已訂閱的升級專頁功能。訂閱期內不會退還已繳付的金額。

7. 評論與評分系統

免費專頁上沒有提交評論功能。

帶有評論的升級專頁帳戶將排名更高。激活的升級專頁帳戶將有評論及評分系統，以給客戶評論。一旦您加入升級專頁計劃，您即同意加入評論系統。
只有與服務供應商完成訂單的客戶才能進行評論和評分。
客戶在完成訂單時提供的反饋意見是Buzzpacker評分系統的重要組成部分。評論顯示了客戶在服務提供商及其服務方面的整體經驗。鼓勵服務提供商向客戶傳達在其有效訂單期間就服務提供商提供的服務所遇到的任何問題。

留下反饋是客戶的基本特權。除非明顯違反我們的服務條款和/或我們的社區標準，否則不會刪除反饋評論。
為了防止濫用我們的“反饋”系統，所有反饋評論必須來自社區內用戶通過Buzztrees平台獨家執行的合法銷售。安排的購買交易，是為了人為地提高評級，或濫用Buzztrees平台來購買其他帳戶的交易，將導致所有相關帳戶的永久停用。

8.供應商除名機制

為確保供應商能持續為客戶提供最佳服務，嗡嗡樹有限公司會定期會審視現有園藝供應商名單，並會在工程完成時向客戶了解對供應商的滿意程度。如園藝供應商有任何令客戶不滿之處，我們會紀錄在案，並在定期審視時作為參考。如供應商屢受投訴、嚴重失誤或違反商業道德，嗡嗡樹限公司會將其除名並不會為其配對工程。

9.免責聲明與責任

在任何法律理論下，由於您的使用或與您的使用有關或與之相關，的任何網站，本網站上的任何內容或其他網站或通過本網站或其他網站獲得的任何服務或項目，包括任何直接，間接，特殊，偶然，故意，故意或非故意的僅限於，人身傷害，痛苦和折磨，情緒困擾，收入損失，利潤損失，業務損失或預期的節省，使用損失，商譽損失，數據損失以及侵權行為（包括過失）造成的損失違反合同或其他方式，即使可以預見。

The following terms of service (these “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of the Buzztrees website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.buzztrees.com
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy, found here, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site. For more detailed policies surrounding the activity and usage on the Site, please access the designated articles herein.

1. Eligibility

This Site is offered and available to users who are 16 years of age or older. If you are under 16 you may not use this Site . By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
This site is only for horticulture, farming or other green industry related service providers to list their company details.

2. Our Role And Relationship With Users

We are an online web that connects users of the Platform who request for service via the Platform (hereinafter “Clients”) and users who provide services to Clients (hereinafter “Service supplier”).Clients and Service Suppliers (collectively, “users”) acknowledge and agree that we are solely a neutral facilitator and are not directly involved, nor is a party to the transactions, agreements, contracts or arrangements between users.

3. No Guarantees For Services Provided

We do not guarantee that Service providers will be punctual, or will attend any of the scheduled appointments, as Service Providers are not employees, contractors or agents of the Company, nor are we an agent for the Service Providers.

We make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills and/or the outcome or quality of service performed by Service Providers and do not endorse or recommend the services of any particular Service Providers. Any reference on the Platform or at the premises of a Service Provider to the Company’s verifications indicates only that the Service Provider is a registered member of the Platform, and does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by the Company. Additionally, the Company reserves the right not to issue or to remove without notice to users the Company’s verification to Service Providers if Service Providers are in breach of the Agreement, if the verification was issued incorrectly or obtained falsely, or for any other reasons requiring its removal by the Company. Clients should exercise due diligence and caution in their decision to hire Service Providers.

We do not perform and is not responsible for the performance of services requested by Clients. In terms of the provision of services by Service Providers and all other related matters, Clients contract directly with Service Providers, and their contractual rights are governed by the contractual terms between them and by applicable laws.

4. User Conduct and Protection

Buzztrees maintains a friendly, community spirited, and professional environment. Users should keep to that spirit while participating in any activity or extensions of Buzztrees. This section relates to the expected conduct users should adhere to while interacting with each other on Buzztrees.

To report a violation of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, User Misconduct, or inquiries regarding your account, please contact our Customer Support team.

5. User Registration

Clients

“Clients” are free to enjoy all the service in Buzztrees including the directory service and instant messenger system. To access and participate in the Platform, you will need to create a password-protected account (hereinafter “account”) , Clients must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and provide any other information required by the Platform for registration.

Clients shall be solely and absolutely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login information and password in respect of your membership account. In no event shall Buzztrees be responsible or liable for any loss or damage in relation to the unauthorized use of membership account by any other person.

Buzztrees reserves the rights to deactivate or cancel any User’s membership account at any time as it seems necessary.

Business Account of Service Providers

In order to facilitate the operations of Service Providers, business service accounts are maintained and edited by Buzztrees. Service providers authorise buzztrees to create and update all contents on the business account page.

Service Providers must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and provide any other information required by the Platform for registration.

When submitting or providing company information and details to buzz trees, Service providers authorise Buzztrees to post the contents on the business account page and agree to be contacted by the public through the platform.

Buzztrees reserves the rights to deactivate or cancel any Service Provider’s membership account at any time as it seems necessary.

Free-Subscription

Service providers can register for a free Business account page which includes basic company informations such as company name, address, phone number and office hours.
Service provider reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or otherwise change the subscription plan, including but not limited to the subscription fees, method of calculation of a period, at any time pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

You have the right to unsubscribe from our Platform anytime by informing our customer service if you do not wish to continue using our Platform.

Paid-Subscription for Premium Account

To fully use our platform, business account members may register for a Paid Subscription by paying subscription fees. The upgraded premium business account page offers more features to facilitate your operation.
Once subscribed, service providers will receive job notification and have the permission to access the job pool of the Platform, where they will be able to approach Clients when they post a job request.

Service providers are obliged to carry out their contractual obligations, unless there had been a material failure to comply with contractual obligations on the Clients’ part, including but not limited to the Clients’ failure to pay.
You have the right to unsubscribe from our Platform before the effective date of a price change if you do not wish to continue using our Platform.
Service provider reserves the right to amend, modify, terminate, or otherwise change the subscription plan, including but not limited to the subscription fees, method of calculation of a period, at any time pursuant to these Terms and Conditions

Subscription fee is billed monthly or yearly, you can choose based on your preference. Paid-subscription fee will not be returned once subscripted.

6. Fees and Refund Policy

Clients do not need to pay any fee to use buzz trees platform.

Free Trial and Renewal

The 3-month free trial of Premium business accounts entitles the service providers to get access to the Premium features for a period of 90 days (2160 hours), which is counted from the moment such trial period is activated by user upon payment information submission.

Unless cancellation was made before the end of free trial, the subscription would be automatically renewed and the user would be charged accordingly.

Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel the subscription plan at any time. The cancellation will be effective the day after the last day the ongoing subscription period. You will not be able to enjoy any premium features of our Platform available only to subscribed premium business account. Any amount for an ongoing subscription period will not be refunded to you.

7. Reviews and Rating System

No reviews can be submitted on Free business pages.

Business account pages with reviews will be ranked higher. Once your business premium account is activated, the review system is activated for the clients to eave comments. You agree to join the review system when you participate the premium business account.
Only the clients with completing orders with service suppliers can review and rate.
Feedback reviews provided by clients while completing an Order are an essential part of Buzzpacker rating system. Reviews demonstrate the clients’s overall experience with the Service providers and their service. Service providers are encouraged to communicate to the clients any concerns experienced during their active order in regards to the service provided by the Service Provider.

Leaving a feedback is a basic prerogative of a client. Feedback reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards.
To prevent any misuse of our Feedback system, all feedback reviews must come from legitimate sales executed exclusively through the Buzztrees platform from users within our Community. Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance ratings, or to abuse the Buzztrees platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.

8.Supplier delisting mechanism

In order to ensure that suppliers can continue to provide customers with the best services, Buzztrees Ltd. will regularly review the existing Horticulture Suppliers. Buzztrees will learn from customers about their satisfaction with suppliers when the project is finished. If the horticulture supplier has any dissatisfaction with the customer, we will record it and use it as a reference during regular review. If the supplier receives repeated complaints, serious mistakes, or violates business ethics, Buzztrees Ltd. will remove them from the list and will not match any projects for them.

9.Disclaimer and Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL BUZZTREES, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
